Withdraw from contract

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire if the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins.

This applies in particular to TeeCoins, digital assets, vouchers, activation codes and other digital content that have been provided, activated, credited or redeemed.

Statutory warranty rights or other statutory claims remain unaffected.
